Abstract

Iran and Turkiye are two important countries in the Middle East with unique geopolitical, cultural, and historical characteristics. They act as relatively independent players in the region. The two countries have maintained contact with each other for a long time. Cooperation is a significant aspect of their relationship and is evident in areas such as trade, energy, the Kurdish issue, and security matters. However, this does not imply that conflicts are absent in their relations; rather, this research focuses on the cooperative aspects of their interactions. Although cooperation has taken place across various sectors, designing a cooperation model between the two countries necessitates identifying conflict variables based on the perspectives of scholars and evaluating them through both library-based and field research methods. Therefore, the objective of this study is to develop a framework for cooperation that can assist in forecasting and analyzing the relations between the two countries..
