Abstract
Iran and Turkiye are two important countries in the Middle East with unique geopolitical, cultural, historical, etc. characteristics, which are relatively independent actors in the region. The two countries have been in contact with each other for a long time. Cooperation is clearly seen as one of the important dimensions in the relationship between the two countries. This cooperation has been seen in the form of trade, energy, Kurds, security issues, etc. Of course, this does not mean that conflict is not seen in the relations between the two countries, but this research has focused on the cooperation relations between the two countries. Cooperation has occurred in various fields between the two countries, but the design of the model of cooperation between the two countries requires that conflict variables be extracted based on the opinions of scholars and their library and field evaluation be done based on these variables. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find a model of cooperation that can guide us in forecasting and analyzing the relations between the two countries.
